Rotterdam. The research to explore the new potential of this listed tower of Dudok resulted in a proposal to turn this monument with hidden treasures in its basement into a creative centre with combined services and a high class restaurant underneath. An approach to demolish the existing officefloors and restore the original spatial quality & detailing of the design by Dudok while separating the floors in smaller units. The lower southwing houses high class meetingrooms available for all tenants rich of original details. The groundfloor houses a coffeecompany and readingroom combined with the unique experience of dining in a 60 year old vault partly exposed to the Meent through a glass floor.
